The launch includes Canadian and international distribution
December 5, 2018 - Toronto - CBC/Radio-Canada has announced that it will make select podcasts from the national public broadcaster's award-winning catalogue available on Spotify, expanding the reach of many of Canada's top podcasts to Spotify's 183 million users globally.

CBC podcasts are now available to free and premium Spotify users under the podcast hub and browse section. More information on the launch date for Radio-Canada's podcasts will be shared in the new year.

The launch will see award-winning CBC/Radio-Canada podcasts available on the Spotify platform, including; CBC favourites Someone Knows Something, Uncover: Escaping NXIVM, Finding Cleo, Alone: A Love Story and Love Me, and new offers such as Tai Asks Why, The Secret Life of Canada, and Front Burner, an original daily news podcast hosted by award-winning journalist Jayme Poisson, and popular Radio-Canada titles; Disparue(s), Corde sensible, Grand écart and Ça s'explique.
