Please note that starting October 1, 2021, billing for digital advertising campaigns will be automatically done based on actuals rather than on contracted, as was the case before.
Starting October 1st, we will be moving from “on contracted” billing to “on actuals” for CPM lines only.
For example:
• Previously, a customer who buys $ 2,000 worth of video at a CPM of $ 35 in July and August was billed $ 1,000 in July and $ 1,000 in August for a total of $ 2,000.
• Now if the customer’s campaign delivered 27,143 impressions in July, he will be billed $ 950 and if the campaign delivered the scale for the 30,000 impressions in August, they will be billed $ 1,050 in August for a total of $ 2,000.
If the customer’s campaign delivers 95% of the reserved impressions, they will not pay the full 100%, but only the 95% that was delivered.
Less credit notes will also be sent.
This will be effective starting the October1st billing month, which gets invoiced the first week of November.
