Le combat des villesHosts: Bianca Gervais and Sébastien Benoît Production: Attraction Image Le combat des villes is a culinary contest in which teams from eight Quebec cities go head to head in a bid to win the title of gourmet capital of the province. Each city is represented by a team of two professional chefs (chef and sous-chef). The cities face off in a series of culinary challenges that test their chefs' talent. Each challenge has a specific theme. The idea behind Le combat des villes, which features a host and two judges, is to highlight Quebec cuisine and local Quebec food products. First, through the chefs taking part in the competition, but also through the products and craftspeople from each region. *Subject to change without notice.​​​​
