New viewing records for New Year's Eve special programs!
En direct du jour de l'an was followed by 2,334,000 viewers and captured a 66% audience share — up 5 points over 2020.
À l'année prochaine drew 1,938,000 viewers with 59% audience share.
Les coulisses du Bye Bye 2021 had the highest audience in its history with 2,256,000 viewers (83% audience share).
Infoman 2021, aired on December 31, also set a new audience record with 3,629,000 viewers (80% audience share) !
Among adults 25-54, the show also hit a new high with 1,435,000 viewers (+ 8% compared to 2020).
With 4,862,000 viewers on December 31, Bye Bye 2021 surpassed the record set last year and took the title of the most-watched program in the history of French Quebec television!
Among adults 25-54, the program attracted 1,877,000 viewers — up 6% from its historic performance in 2020.
In terms of reach, the New Year’s Eve programs attracted a total of nearly 6 million French-speaking Quebecers on December 31, January 1 and 2. On our digital platforms, the 5 programs recorded nearly 1.6 million views*, result similar to last year.
